The lightweight STIHL HLA 56 battery long-reach hedge trimmer is ideal for cutting taller hedges, shrubs and ground cover in your home yard and other noise-sensitive environments. The STIHL HLA 56 uses lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AK-System.

With its ergonomically optimised control handle, you have all the controls at your fingertips. The loop handle also supports handling of the STIHL HLA 56 battery long-reach hedge trimmer, even in confined spaces. The single-sided blades in a teardrop shape for holding twigs in the cutting blade enable high cutting performance. With tool-free blade angle adjustment, you can easily adjust the blade angles through 135°, from -45° to +90°, for cuts overhead and to the side. Thanks to the detachable shaft, you can shorten the overall length from 210 cm to 115 cm, making the long-reach hedge trimmer easy to transport and compact to store on a wall bracket.
